Guidelines for Abstract Submission
Rules for Oral and Poster Presentation Abstracts
- The abstract (excluding the title) must not exceed 350 words. (References are not required during abstract submission).
- Abstracts may preferably be submitted in either Turkish or English.
- Abstracts must be written in Word format using 12-point Times New Roman font.
- The abstract title should fully reflect the content of the study.
- Authors' full names, affiliations, cities, and contact details must be included.
- If the abstract is accepted, the presenter must be indicated in the designated section of the submission system.
- Abstracts should follow a structured format, including the following sections: “Introduction and Objective”, “Materials and Methods”, “Results”, and “Conclusion”.
- A minimum of three “keywords” must be provided.
- A maximum of three image files (JPEG or PNG format) can be uploaded for each abstract, if desired. You can upload images, graphs, tables, or figures.
- Only the first letter of the abstract title should be capitalized, except for abbreviations and acronyms.
- If abbreviations are used in the abstract, their full form must be provided in parentheses at their first mention.
Abstracts will be evaluated through a blind review process conducted by the scientific committee.
Acceptance Letter
After the evaluation process, acceptance letters will be sent to the registered email address of the corresponding author.
